  As part of a renewable energy initiative and research project to support the island’s largest rum manufacturer, conceptualized and designed a pilot project to regenerate rum by-products and organic waste into eco-friendly fuels to cut-back on energy costs and reduce waste. Conducted research, gathered requirements, developed documentation, and designed a pilot production process.
